Fourth, how to build a canopy
1、Positioning column base plate
First determine the installation site ground level, and then positioning base plate, determine the four base plate position and then measure the diagonal distance is equal. Not equal must be re-adjusted position, be sure to ensure that it is rectangular rather than parallelogram. After positioning the column base plate fixed in the corresponding four positions, the other base plates in the same way will be positioned and fixed in the length direction.
2、Place the parts
The column, corner node, inclined beam A section, inclined beam B section (note that the span of more than 14 meters are required to use two inclined beam), inclined beam to take over the pieces (connecting inclined beam A section and inclined beam B section with, 14 meters span below without this part), the top node placed, all parts constitute a mountain wall, the other parts of the mountain wall surface according to the same principle placed, note that must be placed flat on the ground in one direction.
3、Connect the inclined beam A/B section
Insert the inclined beam A section into the inclined beam B section of the inclined beam to take over the piece, tethered into the two screws (Note: the small hole is not installed screws first)
4、Install the top node
Connect the AB section of the inclined beam with the top node, attach the screws, and tighten. If it is the first file, you also have to install the wire cable, the wire cable without the cable end of the buckle seat installed in the second hole of the inclined beam B section. Use this method to install all the top nodes and inclined beam AB section.
5、Install the corner node
Insert the diagonal end of the corner node into section A of the inclined beam and connect the top end of the column to the straight end of the corner node, and put in the screw and screw the nut at the same time. If you install the steel wire cable and crossbar, install the screws in the hole above the angled end of the corner node, and install the screws in the hole below the straight end of the corner node. Install the other corner nodes in the same way.

6、Connect the column with the bottom plate
Align the lower plug-in hole on the column with the screw connected to the hole on the base plate, and tighten the nut. The same way to connect the other column base plate and column. Note that the entire installation process must be light, there is a wooden square must be used to assemble the mountain wall pad up, when moving aluminum must lift the entire frame to avoid aluminum and gravel on the ground and other items friction lead to aluminum surface scratching.
7、Erect mountain wall
All personnel are divided into four teams, two people pulling the wire rope, corner node at the station of 2 people, others are standing at the apex, the mountain wall upwards, lift to a certain height, the middle of the personnel run to the sides respectively to help the mountain wall continue to lift upwards. The person who pulls the wire rope also has to pull the wall upward with the force.
When the whole wall vertical to 70 degrees must stop, and then slowly erected and the ground vertical, at this time pull the wire rope people, while standing a slight force with the top will be stabilized. At the same time several people should hold the column. Divided into two personnel will cross the flat iron end of the pole installed to the upper end of the column below the screw above, and tighten the nut. Connect the other end of the crossbar to the hole below the bottom plate of the second adjacent wall, put in the screw and tighten the nut. Put up the second wall in the same way, and install the other two crossbars.
8、Install crossbeam and purlin
The cross-beam has a roof-shaped cross-section, and the purlin has a square cross-section. Place the crossbeam or purlin with the bent end facing upward, and then tilt it at an angle to hang the bent end into the U-shaped ears on the corner nodes or the π-shaped iron on the inclined beam. Use a ladder to slowly lift the straight hook end of the beam/purlin and then hang it into the lugs of the diagonal beam or corner node on the opposite side of the wall from the bent hook. Generally, there are three crossbeams between two walls, one at each end and one at the top of the middle, and the purlins are increased or decreased according to the size of the span.
9、Install the middle brace
Connect the middle brace to the small hole in section A of the inclined beam, and insert the screws and tighten the nuts. After installing the middle brace, hang the side beam into the corner node and the lugs of the middle brace. Note that when you hang the side beam, you must first install it from the side beam fitting end, first hang the side beam fitting end into the lugs in the corner node, then slowly lift the straight hook end and install it into the lugs above the center brace, remember not to install the straight hook end first, otherwise the installation will not be successful. As with the installation of crossbeams and purlins, you must first install the curved hook end and then hang the straight hook end.
10、Install cloth top
Put the two ends of the cloth top with the pulling belt into the twine, the pulling belt towards the inside of the tent. Then the cloth top head of both sides of the rubber strip stuffed into the slot of the slanting beam, the other end of the twine from the whole frame of the tent thrown across to the opposite side, and then four people pull to the twine at the same time, so that the cloth top along the slot of the slanting beam slowly pulled to the opposite side. Remember to pull hard at the same time, otherwise the top of the cloth will be stuck and lead to pulling, to solve this problem simply pull back the top of the cloth to a certain position and then re-pull hard at the same time, must be the top of the cloth while moving forward. The same way to pull the other top of the cloth.
11, the installation of the side triangle
Similar to the installation of cloth top also need to use twine to pull, but the installation of the side triangle must be stood to (with a high ladder) next to the top node to pull the rope, the only difference is that the side triangle of the pulling belt is on the outside. First, the side triangle into the slot of the inclined beam, and then stand in the middle of the person to pull up to the rope, while standing at the corner node need to help lift the side triangle so that the rubber strip along the slot up. When installing the side triangle must pay attention to the left and right, do not install the opposite. After pulling the two side triangles, put the center seam tube from the lower end of the two side triangles where the tape is cut off to wear slowly upward (the one with the flat iron facing inside). When you reach the top node, hang the flat iron into the lugs of the top node.
12、Install the curtain
Open the curtain with the front side (the side with rope or cover on it) facing outward, and put the rubber strip into the place where the slot is milled on the column first. Then slowly pull upward to the top when the hanging code is stuffed into the gap of the milling slot of the crossbeam, pay attention to one by one, after stuffing, the lower end of the curtain rubber strip is also stuffed downward from the milling slot of the column, after pulling the curtain to the middle, and put the side with the rope behind the side with the canopy ring, and string the rope from top to bottom in turn.
13、Install the top presser
Put the press bar into the press bar sleeve of the cloth top (i.e. there is a double sleeve at the two ends of the cloth top, then put the end press iron inside the press bar, and put the rectangular screw into the seamless tube of the corner node. The last step is to insert the curtain press rod into the bottom of the curtain press rod sleeve to prevent the wind from blowing the curtain around. At this point, the whole installation process is successfully completed.
Five, outdoor exhibition tent erection precautions
1, the choice of venue

2、Determine the size and measure the site
